Today, more than ever the development of both technical and non-technical skills are critical to fostering a dynamic workforce who is able to meet the demands placed on it by both internal and external influences.

Any employee, and in particular leaders, today need to be more team-oriented, capable of multitasking continuously and leading without rank, able to resist stress and ensure resilience against burnout.

It is our belief that a combination of Training, Implementation Coaching and Team-building is the most effective way to achieve this.

At the heart of any intervention is CHANGE! At an individual, team, organisation and ultimately external environment level.

Based on this, the focus of our training offerings, coupled with Implementation Coaching, is centred on the following levels within the organisation.

They are required to assume a variety of key roles to achieve longer-term strategic business results whether in pursuit of profitable sales growth, increased market share, implementation of change, exceptional customer service, and spearhead the strategic alliances that will help achieve these goals.

Leading from the Centre

These individuals function at the Centre of the Organisation, translating company into focused action that yields agreed upon results.

They coordinate action up and down the organisational hierarchy and across functions. In the achievement of the goals, they lead people (senior and junior) and manage pro-cesses in ways that translate company strategy into focused action that yields results.

Team Excellence for Team Members

All training is focused on “capacitating” people on How to Implement.

This is achieved through:

Providing delegates with a Toolkit of resources that they can implement back at work;
Structuring the training to fit the organisation’s time constraints – often delivered 1 day/week over a number of weeks;
Implementation commitments for 30, 60 or 90 days by participants are tracked;
Optional Implementation Coaching;
Access to our private Facebook resources page to ensure ongoing capacitation through podcasts, new tools, articles, etc.
